Your feedback will be assessed and used to help us continuously improve various aspects of our church. For more serious concerns that may be considered a complaint, we encourage you to fill out the complaints form as outlined below.

 
 

Complaints

For complaints and more serious matters, please fill out a complaints form through the link below. We want to reassure you that we handle complaints with:

  • Confidentiality

    Your complaint will be managed with the utmost confidentiality. All submitted forms are reviewed and processed solely by our Executive Team (Senior Pastors and Executive Director) and one designated Board member. The details of your complaint will only be shared further with your consent. If your complaint concerns a member of the Executive Team, it will be automatically directed to our Board Chair and will not be accessed by the Executive Team.

  • Formal Process

    We follow a formal process for handling complaints. After receiving your complaint, a member of our Executive Team or Board will reach out to inform you of the steps involved in addressing your concern. 

  • Communication

    To effectively address and resolve complaints, we ask that you provide your contact details when submitting a complaint. This allows us to communicate with you throughout the review process. We are committed to providing clear and consistent communication as we work through your concerns. 

 
 

Reporting Incidents

At our church, the safety and well-being of our community are top priorities. If you've witnessed or experienced any incident or near miss that could negatively impact health and safety, we encourage you to report it. Our health and safety team will handle your report with sensitivity and confidentiality. We take all incidents seriously and will take appropriate action to address them.
